1 on 1 coaching packages are offered only in 1 month increments unless otherwise arranged, and include 2-4 meetings per month with me via phone or zoom.

I help you to become self-aware and empowered to do what you could not previously do on your own, through Christ who strengthens you.

Unlike therapy or counseling, when you work with me, we are forward focused as we work together to close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.

As a Certified Christian Life Coach, I partner with you and offer guidance where needed. I am a supportive partner who assists you in gaining clarity, setting meaningful goals, and creating actionable plans.

My training and experience have equipped me to assist all of my Christian clients in tapping into their inner strengths, overcoming challenges, and unlocking their potential.

Once you and I agree to work together, we will meet 2x a month via zoom or phone.
