3.     In what ways has food (OR an action) become your coping mechanism?

4.     In what ways is your food desire actually a weapon that has been formed against you?

5.     In what ways have you been conditioned to run to what you currently run to instead of running to God?

6.     When do you have irresistible urges for things you know you shouldn't eat or do?

7.     What's your usual response to those urges?

8.     What conditioning do you need to unlearn?

9.     Do you see the value of renewing your mind?

10.  In what ways could renewing your mind free you?

11.  What coping mechanisms have you allowed to replace God in your life?

12.  Identify your coping mechanisms and what your new choices should be instead.
